POLITALY

Come non scrivere un post su queste elezioni?
E' inevitabile.

How not write a post about this elections?
It 's inevitable.
I'm following in real time one of these programs that analyze the election results, although for the moment there is no mention of certain data.
Now there is many voices about Grillo. Well, what to say! Just a fact: in many parts of Italy, the M5S is a big success! In Sicily and not only there, it is the first party: even in Marche and Abruzzo won, respectively with 33 and 30%.
But let's recap a bit 'the situation: in the first place we find the PD, then the PDL and in third place M5S, following Monti and then everything else.
Among other things, I am still amazed by those people who have the courage to vote Casapound. But are you crazy?? Possible that there should stil exist fascism?! I am speechless!!
But here, again live, I'm listening to Mario Monti trying to draft a speech about his loss. However it seems very satisfied, according to him, in the light of some elements such as the short time (announced, in fact, wanting only candidate on January 4 without political experience behind). In my opinion, however, Monti started with goals much higher than those actually achieved in terms of votes received, so I would say that has received a great defeat.
Regarding Bersani .. To tell the truth I never said that it would get such a broad consensus.
Instead, those who I expected that he would win with all the propaganda that has been done from the Santoro tv program followed by as many as 9 million Italians, it was precisely those who, in my opinion, has reduced us in the same situation of Greece and will continue to do so only if the election results were to lead to a drastic change at the last.
The major newspapers in the world about us: The Washington Post dedicate an article about Grillo as the one who holds the future of the eurozone, the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal said that the italians are clearly rejecting the austerity policies of the Monti government. The Germans wonder why Berlusconi instead feels winner.
So, I would say that what we can do is wait and hope for the best.

(DIS)GUSTO

Buonasera a tutti!

Good evening everyone!
Today I want to tell you about a restaurant chain that is very present here in Rome and of which I am a little bit disappointed: I'm talking about Gusto.
It's about from 5 five years I attend this restaurant in Piazza Augusto Imperatore and I have never found it as bad as the last time I went.
I loved it, especially for sweets, in particular a frosted basket with a yogurt mousse really special.
So, few days ago I went there just because I would like to eat this sweet, but I discovered that they removed from the menu. In particular, I booked the restaurant (choice a bit risky, but I wanted to try the most "formal" of the chain).
There were 1000  empty tables and we have saddled the loser table in the middle of the room. It was not exactly the best of intimacy.
Then then took the bread (obviously frozen) and we ordered.
We ordered an appetizer and pasta: a flower pumpkin fried be divided in two, a dish of pappardelle with truffles for me and a plate of pasta Amatriciana for my boyfriend.
The pumpkin flower was bland and had no flavor.
About pasta... I didn't like it: the truffle was virtually non-existent and covered by other seasonings.

The amatriciana was very simple, even if nothing striking: classic macaroni. Nothing more, nothing less.

In the end I opted for the recovery with a nice cake. Since the coveted basket yogurt was not there, I chose a chocolate cake with a warm heart always made with chocolate.
The presentation of the dish was beautiful, but when I went to try it I immediately realized that it was a cake made by those sachets dried like Cameo, so to speak.

...E poi il conto.
61 euro.
Capite ora perché sono stata così critica e pignola?

...And then the bill.
61 euro.
Do you understand now why I was so critical and fussy?

HELLO ITALY, HERE IS SPOTIFY!

Buongiorno a tutti!

Hello everyone!
Just yesterday morning I stumbled upon an article about Spotify finally landed in Italy! A revelation!
For those not familiar, this is a music service in streaming that can also be downloaded on your smartphone. It allows you to listen to all kinds of music you can imagine right from your phone. Well, so that's cool.
Where is the catch? It is free to download, they give you 48 hours to make a big feast of music for free and then, after this length of time, you start to pay about 5 euro to listen to the songs.
Absurd!! Do you really think that now I'm going to listen to music at 5 euro?! Are you kidding me?!
So bitter and a little disappointed, I just deleted the app.
And, what's more, I also read that Reebok has launched its app for Spotify, the Reebok FitList, through which you can create a playlist of your favorite songs to listen during your weekly workouts.
Now I wonder ... for the modest sum of ..?
It seems to me nonsense, guys.
This program in Italy is still very little known and certainly if they want that we pay for it in a few months it will be forgotten. I hope they change their strategy: I'm not saying that we can download music for free, but at a low price like WhatsApp.
What do you think?

POLYAMORY

Voi cosa ne pensate in proposito?
Buona visione!

Hello guys ... I have to apologize so much to you for the absence but I've been busy, as usual, with many lessons! I promise you that I will be more present...!
Today I would like to reflect with you on an issue that is causing, in the last period, many sensations: polyamory. Some of you don't know this therm, me too until last Sunday, the day when I saw the episode of Le Iene with a service dedicated to it.
I must admit that I was a bit puzzled. Let me explain why. It is a form of polygamous love, if I can define it in this way.
Based on http://www.poliamore.org/poliamore/, means, in this period, the practice (or its acceptance as a possibility) to entertain at the same time more intimate relationships, with the knowledge and consent of all people involved.
In Italy it is still a form of love not much known, but in America is widespread. More than 500,000 people enjoy it.
I also tried to find videos on this topic, but in Italian I must admit that I didn't find anything. Everything you need on the web comes from American sources.
What do you think about this phenomenon? Have you already heard something about it?
I'll post a video below for you to understand specifically what it is.
Enjoy it!

EATALY, A PART OF ITALY IN THE WORLD

Ciao ragazzi!

Hello guys! After a few days of intense study, here I am.
I would like to begin this week with a post about Eataly, a group that you can find in many parts of the world (Italy, Japan and the United States) where in addition you can buy food of quality and here you can also eat.
Just few days ago I went there for lunch with my boyfriend and I have to say that we had a wonderful meal.
It is located in a strategic point, in fact it is easy to reach if you arrive at the metro stop named "Piramide" on the line B.
We stopped at the brewery on the first floor, where we ordered a plate of cold cuts and cheese, buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. I must say that everything was excellent: the ham was characterized by a deep pink color. A goodness!
Of course, the price was quite high (a lunch like that costs more than sushi), but I have to say that the quality of the food and the beverages was proportional to the price. Personally, I did not order the beer but my boyfriend, who is very picky, particularly appreciated it, so I think you can trust ;)
I'll post photos of the lunch, just to get you a little appetite and tempt you to go even if not to eat, for a ride inside or just to have a coffee with a piece of cake!

Bon appétit!!!

OUR SOCIAL MEDIA LIFE

Ciao ragazzi!

Hello guys!
Finally I am here .. after two days of no time at university.
It is thanks to an interesting marketing lesson that I chose to introduce the new post.
I decided, in fact, to speak about the increasing interference of social media in our lives.
Who has not had a deal with a social network? No one now, and if there was anyone who is still "saved" by the passage of this "cyclone technology" would be considered an "out" character.
The simple sms, calls and so on have been replaced by twitt, sms on WhatsApp, video calls with FaceTime or with any other application for smartphones that allows to do so, or the classic Skype that, for example, has had an incredible peak if we consider that you can talk to the whole world (with or without video) practically FREE! And now you can do it even from your smartphone!
Well, imagine how these communication tools largely affect the marketing just because a part of this discipline studies the ways of communication to the consumer of promotions or more simply, to be known.
A digital revolution that has swept up all of us, from simple students who use technology to enjoy to those who use it for business needs and image.
That's why I chose to link you this video below.

A presto
Elena

It 'a funny video that bombards us of shocking informations, but if we think about it there are for sure people in Egypt who named their children "Facebook" or "Twitter".
Then, we want to mention the fact that chinese people, still under the Communist dictatorship, cannot communicate with the rest of the world using the normal media! Almost hitlerian restrictions.
And in London there are more social media consultants than children!!!!
And I could go on forever ... but I wanted to think with you about these topics and discuss about them.
So, watch the video and than leave a comment!
See you soon.
Elena
