Nel post di oggi, oltre a scusarmi delle numerose assenze che sto facendo (vi prometto, però, che da metà luglio in poi sarò più costante), vorrei segnalarvi un posto a dir poco FANTASTICO. Si tratta delle Cantine Banfi a Montalcino, di proprietà di una famiglia italo-americana.
Io le ho visitate qualche settimana fa; non era molto caldo e c'era ancora un'aria primaverile.
Devo dire che la strada per arrivarci non è stata proprio semplicissima e anche un po' tortuosa, ma ne è valsa sicuramente la pena.
Mi hanno accolto una visita guidata interessantissima alle cantine, una presentazione della cantina da parte del marketing manager e, per chiudere in bellezza, un pranzo da leccarsi i baffi.
Vorrei condividere con voi alcuni scatti di questa meravigliosa giornata e consigliarvi una visita a questo posto magnifico.
Qui si può anche pernottare in una delle suite (i prezzi sono abbastanza alti, ma vi assicuro che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è notevole), fare visite alla cantina, al castello Banfi e, perché no, muoversi e visitare anche i paesi vicini.
Sicuramente si tratta di un itinerario enogastronomico molto interessante.
In today's post, I would like to apologize with you because of to the absences I'm doing (I promise you, though, that from mid-July I will be more constant), and I would like to talk to you about an AWESOME place: the Cantine Banfi in Montalcino, owned by an Italo-American family.
I've visited it a few weeks ago, it wasn't very hot and there was still an air of spring.
I must say that the way to get there was not really very simple and even a little tortuous, but it was worth the effort.
I received a very interesting guided tour of the cellars, a presentation of the cellar by the marketing manager and, to top it off, a mouth-watering lunch.
Let me share with you some shots of this wonderful day; I suggest you to visit this magnificent place.
Here you can also stay in one of the suites (prices are fairly high, but I assure you that the value is significant), making visits to the winery, to the Banfi castle, and why not, move and also visit neighboring countries.
Surely it could be a very attractive holiday.

Però a mio parere è un'azione molto efficace per far percepire che IBM, di cui recentemente poco si sente parlare, è comunque vicina alle città con l'intento di migliorare e soprattutto di facilitare la vita dei cittadini.

... Si sta avvicinando la primavera e l'estate non è più un miraggio, purtroppo o per fortuna. Per fortuna, per chi si è sempre mantenuto in forma durante l'estate e purtroppo, invece, per chi si è concesso qualche stravizio durante questa rigida invernata.
E' allora il caso di parlare delle diete che iniziano di solito in questo periodo dell'anno. Si parla tantissimo, ultimamente, della dieta Dukan, considerata la nuova bibbia e che prende il nome dal nutrizionista francese Pierre Dukan che ha messo a punto un sistema nutrizionale basato su formaggi, carne, pesce e uova. Conta circa 13 milioni di seguaci! Come mai tutto questo scalpore? Perché è una dieta innovativa che non fa soffrire la fame e che non conta minuziosamente le calorie.
Testimoni di questa dieta sono anche le star: si annoverano infatti VIP del calibro di Jennifer Lopez e Carole Middleton.
Il tutto mangiando cinque volte al giorno, quando e quanto si vuole, basta solo avere l'accortezza di mettere nel piatto alcuni tipi di alimenti.
Sono andata sul sito di Donna Moderna a curiosare e ho trovato molte testimonianze di persone che l'hanno effettivamente provata. C'è chi l'ha utilizzata addirittura per ristabilire i valori sballati risultati dalle analisi del sangue e chi invece la contesta perché non appagata dall'ingestione di solo proteine e crusca d'avena.
Tra l'altro ho letto di recente che questa dieta è molto rigida, nel senso che bisogna rispettarla nei minimi particolari. Fuori pasto, ad esempio la sera, ti costringe a rimanere a casa visto che non puoi ingurgitare liquidi o cibi solidi al di fuori di quelli considerati nel programma.
Naturalmente, poi, non prevede l'ingestione di carboidrati e neanche di verdure, se non due misere volte a settimana. Questo ha provocato in moltissime persone valori sballati durante le analisi del sangue (colesterolo a mille, ferro sotto la norma e problemi di stitichezza).
Quindi ragazzi prestate molta attenzione a cosa mangiate e a come e con cosa lo abbinate. Attenzione ai grassi saturi e idrogenati.
L'importante, nelle diete, è VARIARE e mangiare di tutto un po'.

Sto seguendo in tempo reale uno di questi programmi che analizzano i risultati elettorali, anche se per il momento non si parla di dati sicuri.
Ora si parla molto di Grillo. Bè, che dire?! Basta solo un dato: praticamente in tutta Italia il M5S ha fatto il botto! In Sicilia e non solo è stato il primo partito: anche nelle Marche e in Abruzzo ha vinto, rispettivamente con il 33 e con il 30%.
Ma ricapitoliamo un po' la situazione: al primo posto troviamo il PD, poi il PDL e al terzo posto il M5S, segue Monti e poi tutto il resto. Questo sia alla Camera che al Senato.
Tra l'altro, non per dire qualcosa, ma mi stupisco ancora della gente che ha il coraggio di votare Casapound. Ma siamo pazzi??? Possibile che debba esistere ancora il fascismo?! Sono senza parole!!!
Ma ecco che, sempre in diretta, sto ascoltando Mario Monti che cerca di abbozzare un discorso relativo alla sua perdita. Comunque pare molto soddisfatto, a detta sua, alla luce di alcuni elementi tipo i tempi brevi (ha annunciato, infatti, di volersi candidare solo il 4 gennaio senza un'esperienza politica alle spalle). A mio parere, però, Monti è partito con degli obiettivi ben più alti rispetto a quelli effettivamente raggiunti in termini di voti ricevuti, quindi direi che ha ricevuto una bella sconfitta.
Per quanto riguarda Bersani.. a dire il vero non avrei mai detto che avrebbe ottenuto un così vasto consenso.
Invece, chi mi aspettavo che avrebbe vinto con tutta quella propaganda che si è fatto a partire dal programma di Santoro seguito da ben 9 milioni di italiani, è stato proprio chi, a mio parere, ci ha ridotti alla stregua della Grecia e che continuerà a farlo se solo i risultati elettorali portassero ad un cambiamento drastico proprio all'ultimo.
Anche le principali testate giornalistiche nel mondo parlano di noi: il Washington Post parla di Grillo come colui che tiene in mano il futuro dell'eurozona; il Financial Times e il Wall Street Journal affermano che gli italiani stanno rifiutando palesemente le politiche di austerity del governo Monti. I tedeschi invece si chiedono perchè Berlusconi si senta già vincitore.
Quindi, direi proprio che non ci rimane che aspettare e sperare per il meglio.
Male che va si torna a votare.

Oggi vorrei parlarvi di una catena di ristoranti che qui a Roma è molto presente e che mi ha un po' delusa: sto parlando di Gusto.
Premetto che è da circa 5 cinque anni che frequento il locale di Piazza Augusto Imperatore e non mi sono trovata mai così male come l'ultima volta in cui sono andata.
Andavo pazza soprattutto per i dolci, in particolare un cestino glassato con all'interno una mousse allo yogurt davvero speciale.
Insomma, qualche giorno fa sono andata solo perchè avevo voglia di quel dolcetto fantastico che poi ho scoperto essere un'altrettanto fantastica utopia, dato che lo hanno tolto dal menu. In particolare ho prenotato al ristorante (scelta un po' azzardata, ma avevo voglia di provare anche la parte più "formale" della catena).
C'erano 1000 tavoli liberi e a noi hanno appioppato il tavolo sfigato in mezzo alla sala. Non era proprio il massimo dell'intimità.
Ci hanno poi portato il pane (chiaramente congelato) e abbiamo ordinato.
Non abbiamo preso il vino ma solamente l'acqua che ci hanno portato in una brocca molto stile trattoria.
Abbiamo ordinato antipasto e primi: un fiore di zucca fritto da dividere in due, un piatto di pappardelle con il tartufo per me e un piatto di pasta corta all'amatriciana per il mio ragazzo.
Il fiore di zucca era insipido e non aveva sapore.
Per quanto riguarda le pappardelle a me non sono affatto piaciute: il tartufo era praticamente inesistente e coperto da altri condimenti.

Today I want to tell you about a restaurant chain that is very present here in Rome and of which I am a little bit disappointed: I'm talking about Gusto.
It's about from 5 five years I attend this restaurant in Piazza Augusto Imperatore and I have never found it as bad as the last time I went.
I loved it, especially for sweets, in particular a frosted basket with a yogurt mousse really special.
So, few days ago I went there just because I would like to eat this sweet, but I discovered that they removed from the menu. In particular, I booked the restaurant (choice a bit risky, but I wanted to try the most "formal" of the chain).
There were 1000 empty tables and we have saddled the loser table in the middle of the room. It was not exactly the best of intimacy.
Then then took the bread (obviously frozen) and we ordered.
We ordered an appetizer and pasta: a flower pumpkin fried be divided in two, a dish of pappardelle with truffles for me and a plate of pasta Amatriciana for my boyfriend.
The pumpkin flower was bland and had no flavor.
About pasta... I didn't like it: the truffle was virtually non-existent and covered by other seasonings.
La pasta all'amatriciana era molto semplice, anche se nulla di eclatante: dei maccheroni classici. Nulla di più, nulla di meno.
The amatriciana was very simple, even if nothing striking: classic macaroni. Nothing more, nothing less.
Alla fine ho optato per il recupero con un bel dolce. Dato che il tanto agognato cestino allo yogurt non c'era, ho scelto un tortino al cioccolato con cuore caldo sempre al cioccolato.
La presentazione del piatto faceva una certa scena, ma appena sono andata a provarlo ho subito capito che si trattava di un tortino di quelli realizzati tramite bustine liofilizzate del genere Cameo, per intenderci.
In the end I opted for the recovery with a nice cake. Since the coveted basket yogurt was not there, I chose a chocolate cake with a warm heart always made with chocolate.
The presentation of the dish was beautiful, but when I went to try it I immediately realized that it was a cake made by those sachets dried like Cameo, so to speak.

Proprio ieri mattina sono incappata in un articolo che parlava di Spotify che finalmente è sbarcato in Italia! Una rivelazione!!!!
Per chi non lo conoscesse, questa è un servizio musicale in streaming scaricabile anche sullo smartphone che permette di ascoltare tutti i generi di musica possibili immaginabili direttamente dal cellulare. Ebbene, detta così una figata.
Dov'è la fregatura? Lo si scarica gratuitamente, ti danno 48 ore di tempo per fare una grossa scorpacciata di musica gratis e poi, dopo questo lasso di tempo, inizi a pagare mi pare 5 euro per ascoltare i brani.
Assurdooooo!!!!! Vi pare che adesso mi metto ad ascoltare musica a 5 euro?! Ma stiamo scherzando?!
Allora, amareggiata e anche un po' delusa, ho cancellato subito l'app.
E, per di più, ho letto anche che Reebok ha lanciato una sua app per Spotify, la Reebok FitList, attraverso la quale è possibile creare una playlist di brani preferiti da ascoltare durante gli allenamenti settimanali.
Ora mi chiedo... per la modica cifra di..?
Mi sembra un'assurdità, ragazzi.
Vuoi o non vuoi in Italia ancora questo programma è molto poco conosciuto e di certo se fanno pagare per averlo tra qualche mese sarà dimenticato, come se non fosse mai esistito. Spero proprio che cambino la loro strategia, non dico facendo ascoltare musica gratuitamente, ma anche ad un piccolo prezzo tipo Whatsapp.

Just yesterday morning I stumbled upon an article about Spotify finally landed in Italy! A revelation!
For those not familiar, this is a music service in streaming that can also be downloaded on your smartphone. It allows you to listen to all kinds of music you can imagine right from your phone. Well, so that's cool.
Where is the catch? It is free to download, they give you 48 hours to make a big feast of music for free and then, after this length of time, you start to pay about 5 euro to listen to the songs.
Absurd!! Do you really think that now I'm going to listen to music at 5 euro?! Are you kidding me?!
So bitter and a little disappointed, I just deleted the app.
And, what's more, I also read that Reebok has launched its app for Spotify, the Reebok FitList, through which you can create a playlist of your favorite songs to listen during your weekly workouts.
Now I wonder ... for the modest sum of ..?
It seems to me nonsense, guys.
This program in Italy is still very little known and certainly if they want that we pay for it in a few months it will be forgotten. I hope they change their strategy: I'm not saying that we can download music for free, but at a low price like WhatsApp.

Oggi vorrei riflettere con voi su un tema che in quest'ultimo periodo sta destando parecchio scalpore: il poliamore. Alcuni di voi neanche lo conosceranno e anch'io ero tra questi, almeno fino a domenica scorsa, giorno in cui ho visto la puntata de Le Iene con un servizio dedicato proprio a questo.
Devo ammettere che mi ha spiazzata un po'. Vi spiego perché. Si tratta di una forma d'amore poligama, se così posso definirla.
In base a http://www.poliamore.org/poliamore/, si intende, con questo termine, la pratica (o la sua accettazione, come possibilità) di intrattenere più relazioni intime contemporaneamente, con la consapevolezza e il consenso di tutte le persone coinvolte.
In Italia è ancora una forma di amore poco conosciuta, ma in America è diffusissima. Mi pare che più di 500.000 persone la pratichi.
Ho cercato anche video su questo tema, ma in italiano devo ammettere che non ho trovato praticamente nulla. Tutto quello che c'è nel web proviene da fonti americane, spagnole e comunque non nazionali.

Ciao ragazzi! Dopo qualche giorno di intenso studio, eccomi qua.
Vorrei esordire questa settimana con un post su Eataly, un gruppo presente in molte parti del mondo (Italia, Giappone e Stati Uniti) in cui oltre a poter acquistare cibi pregiati e di qualità, si può anche mangiare.
Per l'appunto, proprio qualche giorno fa sono andata a farci pranzo col mio ragazzo e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo.
Sorge in un punto strategico, infatti è facilissimo da raggiungere se si scende alla fermata Piramide (metro B).
Ci siamo fermati alla birreria al primo piano e lì abbiamo ordinato un piatto di salumi e formaggi, mozzarella di bufala e pomodorini. Devo dire che era tutto eccellente: il prosciutto crudo era di un color rosa intenso e anche tagliato molto fino. Una bontà!!!
Certo, il prezzo era abbastanza alto (un pranzo del genere è costato più di un sushi), ma direi che ne è valsa la pena data la qualità del cibo e delle bevande. Personalmente, non ho preso la birra ma il mio ragazzo che è un tipo molto puntiglioso ha apprezzato particolarmente quindi direi che ci si può fidare ;)
Vi posto le foto del pranzo, giusto per farvi venire un po' di appetito e invogliarvi ad andare anche se non a mangiare, a fare un giro all'interno o semplicemente a prendere un caffè con un dolcetto!

I would like to begin this week with a post about Eataly, a group that you can find in many parts of the world (Italy, Japan and the United States) where in addition you can buy food of quality and here you can also eat.
Just few days ago I went there for lunch with my boyfriend and I have to say that we had a wonderful meal.
It is located in a strategic point, in fact it is easy to reach if you arrive at the metro stop named "Piramide" on the line B.
We stopped at the brewery on the first floor, where we ordered a plate of cold cuts and cheese, buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. I must say that everything was excellent: the ham was characterized by a deep pink color. A goodness!
Of course, the price was quite high (a lunch like that costs more than sushi), but I have to say that the quality of the food and the beverages was proportional to the price. Personally, I did not order the beer but my boyfriend, who is very picky, particularly appreciated it, so I think you can trust ;)
I'll post photos of the lunch, just to get you a little appetite and tempt you to go even if not to eat, for a ride inside or just to have a coffee with a piece of cake!

Finalmente eccomi qui..dopo due giorni di fatiche di Ercole all'università.
Ed è proprio grazie ad un'interessante lezione di marketing che ho scelto di prendere spunto per introdurvi il nuovo post.
Ho deciso, infatti, di parlarvi della sempre maggiore ingerenza dei social media nella nostra vita.
Chi non ha mai avuto a che fare con un social network? Nessuno oramai e, se ci fosse qualcuno che è ancora "salvo" dal passaggio di questo "ciclone tecnologico" sarebbe comunque considerato un personaggio out.
I semplici sms di una volta, le chiamate e quant'altro sono stati sostituiti da twitt, messaggi su whatsapp, videochiamate con FaceTime o con qualunque altra applicazione per smartphone che permette di farlo, oppure il classico Skype che, ad esempio, ha avuto un picco allucinante se solo si considera che si può parlare con tutto il mondo (con o senza video) praticamente GRATIS! E ora lo si può fare anche dallo smartphone! Schiavitù ancora peggiore.
Ebbene come immaginerete questi strumenti di comunicazione influenzano largamente anche il marketing proprio perchè una parte di questa disciplina studia le modalità di comunicazione al consumatore di iniziative promozionali o anche, più semplicemente, per farsi conoscere.
Una rivoluzione digitale che ci ha travolti un po' tutti, dai semplici studenti che usano la tecnologia per divertirsi a chi invece la usa per esigenze di lavoro e di immagine.

Well, imagine how these communication tools largely affect the marketing just because a part of this discipline studies the ways of communication to the consumer of promotions or more simply, to be known.
A digital revolution that has swept up all of us, from simple students who use technology to enjoy to those who use it for business needs and image.

Il post di oggi è incentrato sul cibo (come avrete capito sono una mangiona eheheh). Il punto è che adoro andare in giro per ristoranti e posti carini di qualità.
Ebbene, due giorni fa sono andata a pranzo da The Perfect Bun, a Via del Teatro Valle a Roma. Una delizia!!!!! Si tratta di un ristorante americano al centro di Roma, a due passi da Piazza Navona: vengono preparati hamburger, tortillas, carne di pollo, carne di maiale...il tutto farcito da salse piccanti, senape, maionese, ketchup, salsa barbecue. Il loro piatto forte a mio avviso è dato dalle chicken wings (alette di pollo) servite con una colatura di salsa piccante molto simile al ketchup e con vicino una mini ciotola contenente una salsa con un retrogusto al formaggio. Una bontà, davvero.

Today's post is focused on food (as you can see I love eating heheh). I love going in restaurants and nice high quality places.
Well, two days ago I went for lunch to The Perfect Bun, in Via del Teatro Valle in Rome. A delight!! This is an american restaurant in the center of Rome, really close to Piazza Navona: they prepare hamburgers, tortillas, chicken, pork ... all stuffed with spicy sauces, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, barbecue sauce. Their main dish in my opinion is chicken wings served with a pouring hot sauce very similar to ketchup and near you can find a mini bowl containing a sauce with a hint cheese.
Certo è che anche i nachos farciti da fagioli, salse più o meno piccanti, sottaceti e pomodorini meritano di essere assaggiati, anche se un piatto, presentato come antipasto, è enorme. Però come resistergli?
What is certain is that the nachos stuffed with beans, with more or less spicy sauces, pickles and tomatoes deserve to be eaten, even if a dish, presented as an appetizer, it's huge. But how to resist it?
I prezzi sono medio-alti, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo direi che è più che rispettato.
Altra nota positiva: il fatto che la cucina è sempre aperta. Io ho chiesto di pranzare alle 16 e loro non hanno fatto problemi, a differenza di altri ristoranti.
La zona del ristorante non si raggiunge in macchina perché circondata da ztl e quindi protetta, ma in compenso è molto ben collegata se ci si muove con i mezzi pubblici.
Quindi non mi rimane, come al solito, che consigliarvi di andare e come al solito di farmi sapere cosa ne pensate ;)

Prices are average to high, but the value of what you eat if compared with prices is honest.
Another positive note: the fact that the kitchen is always open. I asked to have lunch at 4 p.m. and they didn't have problems, unlike other restaurants.
The restaurant area isn't reached by car because it is surrounded by ZTL and therefore protected, but on the other hand is very well connected if you move with public transport.
So my advice, as usual, is to go there and let me know what you think;)

Avevo in mente da tempo di creare un articolo su questa fantastica pochette e oggi finalmente ci sono riuscita.
Ho deciso di parlarvene perchè, oltre ad essere una delle mie borse preferite oltre che più originali, posso cogliere lo spunto per parlarvi di un famosissimo mercatino romano che da qualche anno sta letteralmente spopolando non solo tra il pubblico giovanile, ma anche tra gli adulti: il Mercato Monti.
Frequentando spesso il quartiere Monti e perdendomi tra le viuzze piene di negozietti vintage ho sentito parlare di questa nuova iniziativa. Ebbene, da quando ci ho messo piede ho perso la testa.
Non si tratta di un semplice mercatino vintage, ma anche di una sorta di vetrina in cui si affacciano stilisti emergenti, artigiani creativi, collezionisti di libri.
I was thinking for some time to create an article about this fantastic clutch and now finally I did.
I decided to tell you about it because, besides being one of my favorite bags as well as more original, I can take an opportunity to tell you something about a famous roman flea market which since 2009 is literally depopulated not only among the youth audience, but also among adults: the Mercato Monti.
Often attending the Monti district and getting lost among the narrow streets full of vintage shops, I've heard about this new initiative.
It is not a simple vintage market, but it is also showcase in which overlook emerging designers, creative artisans, books collectors.
Ed è proprio girovagando tra gli stand che ho trovato questa mini pochette stile Mc Queen ma il cui prezzo è davvero irrisorio: 40 euro contro le 1110 dello stilista.
Il colore dorato è perfetto per la sera, soprattutto se abbinato con colori scuri. Il "tirapugni" formato dai 4 anelli costituisce il tocco di originalità che contraddistingue questo genere di clutches.
C'era anche argentata, ma devo dire che rendeva molto meno, anzi non mi piaceva affatto perché mi dava l'impressione di essere una marziana con quella pochette tra le mani. Era troppo kitsch.
All'interno, come tutte le pochette, non è molto spaziosa anche se, essendo rigida e profonda, i fondamentali tipo cellulare, chiavi, ecc. ci stanno tutti.
Volendo, poi, ha all'interno anche una piccola tracollina dorata che io personalmente non userei mai perché l'originalità di questa simil Knuckel Box sta proprio nel "tirapugni".
Concludendo, il mio consiglio di oggi è di visitare il sito del Mercato Monti www.mercatomonti.com in cui potrete trovare tutte le info di cui avete bisogno su orari, date, temi del giorno (di solito comunque organizzano l'evento la domenica) e quindi di visitare il mercatino.

And it is just wandering around the stands that I found this mini pochette inspired by McQueen's clutches, but the price is really ridiculous: 40 euro against about 1110 by the designer.
The golden color is perfect for the evening, especially when paired with dark colors. The "brass knuckles" made up of four rings is the touch of originality that distinguishes this type of clutches.
There was also silver, but I must say that it wasn't as beautiful as this one, infact I didn't like it because it gave me the impression of being a martian. It was too kitsch.
Inside, as all the clutch, it is not very spacious though, being hard and deep, the fundamental like cellular and keys are guaranteed.
Then, it also has a small shoulder bag in gold that, personally, I would never use because the originality of this "Knuckel Box" lies in the "brass knuckles."
In conclusion, my advice today is to visit the Market (www.mercatomonti.com) Mountains where you can find all the info you need about times, dates, issues of the day (usually they organize the event on Sunday) and then visit the market.

Da fuori è un posticino minuscolo, ma in vetrina si possono già mangiare con gli occhi i cupcakes e le torte a 300.000 strati...!

This morning I woke up thinking about a nice american breakfast, one of those super sugary and caloric, and then went running to the Bakery House in Corso Trieste, here in Rome.
From the outside it is a tiny little place, but from outside you can already enjoy the taste of sweets inside.
All'interno è molto carino: le pareti sono ricoperte da carta da parati a righe bianche e verde acqua. Questi colori accostati insieme danno un senso di tranquillità pazzesco. In aggiunta, poi, alle pareti sono stati applicati degli ipad con connessione a internet, così, mentre si fa colazione, si può leggere il giornale o controllare la mail. Geniale!!!!
Inside, the place is very nice: the walls are covered with striped light green and white wallpaper. These colors combined together give a sense of tranquility. In addition, they applied to the walls some ipad with internet connection, so while you have breakfast, you can read the newspaper or check your email. Brilliant!!
Questo è quello che ho mangiato io, in compagnia di un mio amico: tè gusto cannella e mela (ottimo e soprattutto profumatissimo) nella loro adorabile tazza che prima o poi comprerò, pancakes con sciroppo d'acero e red velvet (fantastica, ma troppo grande!!). Tutto buonissimo!
I prezzi sono proporzionati alla qualità del cibo. Noi abbiamo speso sulle 7 euro a testa. Non male!
Dimenticavo di dire che il sabato e la domenica, prenotando, si può fare il brunch (io non ho ancora avuto la fortuna di provare, ma i miei amici che sono andati me ne hanno parlato benissimo).
Inoltre, tutti i giorni si può anche pranzare, cenare, fare colazione e anche merenda (non hanno un giorno di riposo!!).
Unica pecca: parecheggio!! Stando alla fine di Corso Trieste all'altezza di Piazza Istria, è una zona un po' scomoda, ma per fortuna è servita benissimo dai mezzi (cfr metro B1: la fermata S. Agnese/Annibaliano è a pochi metri).
Se avete la fortuna di passare da quelle parti andateci perché è un posticino pazzesco e fatemi sapere come vi è sembrato!

This is what I ate with a friend of mine: tea flavored apple and cinnamon (good and especially fragrant) in their adorable mug that sooner or later I'll buy, pancakes with maple syrup and red velvet (great, but too big!). All very good!
The prices are proportionate to the quality of the food. We spent about 7 euro per head. Not bad!
I forgot to say that on Saturday and Sunday, booking, you can have brunch (I have not yet had the chance to try, but my friends who have gone say that it's very good).
Also, every day you can have lunch, dinner, breakfast and even snacks (they don't have a day off!).
The only flaw: parking! The end of Corso Trieste is an uncomfortable area, but fortunately it is very well served by the public transport (metro B1: stop St. Agnes / Annibaliano far few meters).
If you are lucky enough to be in those parts go there because it's a crazy little place and let me know what you think about!

Il post di oggi è ispirato alle nuove tecnologie e soprattutto al fatto che qualche giorno fa la mia coinquilina mi ha prestato una vera e propria cornetta del telefono da utilizzare come microfono per parlare su Skype.
Un'idea certo un po' scomoda ma davvero tanto originale, benchè sulla scatola ci sia scritto che è una comodissima idea per parlare in ufficio.
Insomma, mi sono ritrovata a parlare su Skype con appoggiata all'orecchio questa cornetta rosa che è adatta sia per smartphone che pc.

Today's post is inspired by the new technologies and especially by the fact that few days ago my roommate lent me a real handset receiver to be used as a microphone to talk on Skype.
Certainly an uncomfortable idea but really original, though on the box it says that it is a convenient idea to talk in the office.
In short, I found myself talking on Skype with this pink handset receiver, suitable for both smartphones and pc.

Leggevo, inoltre, che riduce di oltre il 95% l'esposizione alle radiazioni rispetto all'utilizzo diretto del cellulare.
In più, è dotata anche di un sistema di riduzione dei rumori e di un tasto per rispondere o riagganciare.
Super accessoriata oltre che super stylish!
Il design è quello classico della vecchia cornetta del telefono ma rivisitata in chiave moderna, visto che è direttamente utilizzabile da pc e smartphone, infatti è compatibile con ipad, iphone, telefoni cellulari, smartphone appunto, computer e tablet pc con jack audio da 3,5 mm.
Apparte le informazioni tecniche, l'ho provata e devo dire che funziona anche molto bene. I suoni si sentono chiari e arrivano altrettanto chiari al destinatario.
La marca di questa che ho io è Retrò Design, ma sul mercato se ne possono trovare tantissime altre a prezzi più o meno contenuti.
Il mio consiglio è di provarla ;) oppure potrebbe essere un'ottima idea regalo (le producono anche di altri colori, quindi non siete costretti a prenderla per forza rosa!).

Chi non ha mai sentito parlare di IKEA?
Società svedese che in questi ultimi tempi sta facendo impazzire noi studenti e non solo. Parlo anche di coppie di single e, perchè no, famiglie appena formate.
Ragazzi, parliamo comunque di un colosso che fa una pubblicità assurda, i prezzi rasentano lo zero e, in aggiunta, porta avanti una straordinaria politica verde di rispetto dell'ambiente.
E, proprio per premiare l'IKEA (ahahahahah scherzo naturalmente), poco prima di Natale sono andata a fare un giro con la scusa di comprare degli addobbi super stylish ma soprattutto che non si vedano troppo in giro (calcolate che ero indirizzata a realizzare un bell'alberello country e poi, come al solito, mi sono buttata sul classico!) e, come per magia, ho trovato dei regalini stupendi per due mie carissime amiche.

However we are speaking about a giant who is making a big advertisement campaign with prices bordering on zero and, in addition, is carrying out an extraordinary green policy of respecting the environment.
And, just to reward IKEA (ahahahahah I'm joking of course), just before Christmas I went for a ride with the excuse of buying super stylish decorations that you can not see too loud (consider that I was directed to make a country Christmas tree and then, as usual, I jumped on the classic!) and, as if by magic, I found some wonderful gifts for two of my dearest friends.
...e come per magia guardate qua!!!
Girovagavo per i vari reparti e ho trovato questa abat jour similissima a quella di Kartel, ma che costa 300 volte in meno.
A dire il vero non era un granchè se vista incartata, ma vedendola accesa crea un effetto pazzesco!
E poi considerate che questa è quella rossa che, accesa, riprende i toni del fucsia. Poi c'erano anche nera e bianca (come minimo quella bianca è come un flash quando viene accesa!)
Insomma, me ne sono follemente innamorata e la consiglio vivamente se dovete fare un pensierino perchè è un qualcosa di diverso che pochi si aspettano, perchè non è il solito regalo triste e insignificante e soprattutto perchè è super economica e fate anche un figurone.
Io poi, nel dettaglio, ho anche acquistato un piccolo peluche orsacchiotto con un cuoricino rosso sul petto che riprendeva il rosso della lampada. Apparte tutto, comunque, l'accostamento mi faceva impazzire...
Ci tenevo a darvi un consiglio su questa idea regalo. Poi, ora che ci penso, si avvicina anche San Valentino!!!! Quindi... sbizzarritevi!

I wandered through the various departments and I found this table lamp like the Kartel's one, but it costs 300 times less.
Actually it was not so beautiful if wrapped, but seeing it on it creates a crazy effect!
And then consider that this is red, and if it's on, it takes up purple shades. Then there were also black and white (at least the white is like a flash when turned on!)
In short, I'm madly in love and would highly recommend if you need to do a little gift because it is something different and unexpected, because it's not the usual sad and insignificant gift and especially because it is super cheap and make a great impression.
In detail, I also bought a small plush teddy bear with a red heart on his chest incorporating the red lamp. However, the combination drove me crazy ...
I wanted to give you some advice on this gift idea. Besides, I'm thinking that Valentine's Day is really close!! So ... jiggy with it!

Il tema di oggi si scosta alla grande da quello di ieri... perchè oggi parlerò di moda.
Sto notando sempre di più da un po' di tempo come a noi ragazze piaccia infinitamente il nero, un po' perchè sfina e un po' perchè Ferragamo, Pucci, Valentino, Ann Demeulemeester e tantissimi altri stilisti lo hanno riproposto alle sfilate per l'autunno inverno 2013.
Chi più sullo stile gotico, chi più su quello elegante è comunque un colore che non muore mai.
Devo dire che è un ottimo passepartout adatto a qualsiasi occasione. Prendete un semplice tubino nero, metteteci sopra un balzer, una maxi bag, un paio di ballerine e siete pronte per la giornata; cambiate le scarpe con dei tacchi e la borsa con una pochette e siete invece pronte per la sera. Ottimo direi!

The issue today is different from the yesterday one ... because today I will talk about fashion.
I'm noticing more and more that girls infinitely like black, a little because makes thin and a little because Ferragamo, Pucci, Valentino, Ann Demeulemeester and many other designers proposed it the autumn winter 2013 fashionshows.
Some through the Gothic style, others through elegant style, however it's an elegant color that never dies.
I must say that is a great passepartout for every occasion. Take a simple little black dress, put on a balzer, a maxi bag, a pair of flats and you're ready for the day, change your shoes with heels and a clutch bag and you're ready for the evening. I would say great!
These are the proposals of the designers for autumn winter 2013 fashionshows. Remarkable!
Questa è senz'altro una soluzione più giovanile firmata Ann Demeulemesteer e anche molto estrosa, grazie alla pelle che sdrammatizza un po' il tutto.
Adoro il gioco di simmetrie e anche i guanti che ultimamente stanno spopolando.

Questa, invece, è una proposta molto più classica, infatti è firmata Valentino. Chiffon e balze la fanno da padrone.
Le ballerine, a mio giudizio, sono perfette perché i tacchi avrebbero reso il tutto troppo volgare.
Certo è che un abito del genere indossato da una ragazza alta 1,65 mt (come me tra l'altro) potrebbe far pensare che non sia adatto, ma in verità il taglio alto della vita slancia la parte delle gambe e quindi crea un effetto più longilineo.

Le adoro letteralmente, anche perchè sono molto versatili: le indosso tranquillamente sotto i jeans oppure sotto la classica longuette di American Apparel, dipende dalle serate.

Si tratta di un look pulito che punta molto sulla semplicità e quindi sopra abbinerei una canotta nera semplice, di quelle che si trovano da H&M a neanche 10 euro. Tocco finale, il chiodo di pelle.

Il post di oggi riguarda un posticino stupendo dove sono stata ieri sera: si chiama Hamburgeseria e da poco ha aperto anche a S. Lorenzo, precisamente a Via dei Reti.
Sta proprio sulla strada e quindi si trova davvero facilmente e, in più, è davvero un ottimo ristorantino.
Super hamburger succulenti e giganti, birre romane, dolcetti appetitosi e... per completare il tutto... atmosfera stile retrò.
Non vi è venuta già voglia di andare?
E' un posto super economico (due panini, una birra e una coca, una porzione di patatine fritte tagliate a mano e due caffè a 28 euro!!!) e devo dire che la qualità del cibo è ottima.
Unica pecca i tempi di attesa, ma devo dire che ne è valsa proprio la pena!!!

The post today is about a wonderful little place where I was last night named Hamburgeseria and that recently also opened in S. Lorenzo, exactly in Via dei Reti.
It's right across the street and is really easy to find and, in addition, is a really great restaurant.
Super juicy burgers and giant roman beers, tasty treats and ... To top it all ... retro atmosphere.
So don't you want to go?
It 's a super cheap place (two sandwiches, a beer and a coke, a portion of hand-cut fries and two cups of coffee at 28 €!) And I must say that the quality of the food is excellent.
The only problem is waiting times, but I must say that it was really worth!
Il pane è di mais, quindi ottimo e anche morbidissimo.
In più si può farcire il panino con ingredienti a scelta.. insomma, una bontà!
La mia amica che mi ha portato a scoprire questo posto mi ha detto anche che fanno dei muffin e altri dolci americani buonissimi, perfetti se accompagnati da uno smoothie. Io naturalmente sono riuscita a resistere alla tentazione di portarmene uno a casa perché dopo quella cena ero talmente sazia che solo l'idea di altro cibo mi nauseava.
Allora che dire di più? Per chi capitasse nella città eterna , bè... un pranzo o una cenetta veloce all'Hamburgeseria è d'obbligo!
